Play through Legend mode to unlock characters in Dream mode. Some characters will be unlocked after they die in the storyline while others have specific requirements.
Unlock Fudo:
Complete ALL of Fudo's segments in Legendary mode.
Unlock Jagi:
Defeat Jagi in Legend mode as Kenshiro.
Unlock Juda:
Defeat Juda in Legend mode as Rei.
Unlock Juuza:
Complete ALL of Juuza's segments in Legendary mode.
Unlock Heart:
Completing 'The King Revolution' challenge in Dream mode or Free mode.
Unlock Ken, Rin, and Bat:
Complete Legend mode.
Unlock Mamiya:
Defeat Juda in Legend mode as Rei.
Unlock Rei:
Defeat Juda in Legend Mode as Rei.
Unlock Ryuga:
Defeat Ryuga in Legend mode as Ken.
Complete the following tasks with the indicated character to unlock the corresponding character.
Unlock Jagi:
Defeat Jagi in Story mode as Kenshiro.
Unlock Shin:
Defeat Shin in Story mode as Kenshiro.
When you defeat Shin in Story mode as Kenshiro he will become unlocked as a playable character.
