Start sprinting when you are in the tower and then after a few steps begin jumping. If you repeatedly jump as soon as you land you will gain momentum and travel in the Tower at a much faster speed compared to simply running.

You will be rewarded with some glimmer and materials if you disassemble any gear you are no longer using. This is done by going to the 'Inventory' menu and removing the item from your inventory.

To bypass the semi-circular shield that rotates around the Hydras so that you can kill them you need to place a player on either side of the Hydra and constantly shoot at the yellow glowing weak spot that is on the lower part of their head.

If you remain idle for approximately 45 seconds when your primary weapon's ammo reaches 0 the ammo will automatically refill and you will also get some special and/or heavy weapon ammo.

To reach the following Crucible ranks you must earn the indicated amount of Reputation.

Rank 1:

Earn 1,500 Reputation.

Rank 2:

Earn 2,000 Reputation.

Aim at the Sepiks Primes eyes from close range to kill them. Their eyes are immune to critical damage from fusion rifles.

Complete the following tasks to earn the corresponding medal:

Ability

Angel Of Light:

In a single life, revive 5 downed alliies.

Blast Shield:

Block fatal damage with 2 seconds of casting Ward Of Dawn.

Cry Havoc:

Kil 3 enemies with a single 'Fist Of Havoc'.

Get It Off!:

Kill an enemy by sticking them with a grenade.

Gutted:

Kill 3 enemies in a single Arc Blade charge.

I See You:

Kill an invisible enemy.

Medic!:

Quickly revive 2 downed allies.

Overwatch:

Defend an ally from enemy fire.

Scorched Earth:

Kill 3 enemies with grenades while Radiance is active.

You can get easy glimmer in combat by using Ether Seeds. The Ether Seeds are dropped randomly by defeated enemies and will increase glimmer drops from enemies for 10 minutes. Make sure you use Ether Seeds while farming for glimmer.

When used the following consumable items will perform the corresponding effect.

Ammo Synthesis:

Refill primary weapon ammunition.

Black Wax Idol:

Increase glimmer gained from killing Hive enemies.

Blue Polyphage:

Increase glimmer gained from killing Vex enemies.

Ether Seeds:

Increase glimmer gained from killing Fallen enemies.

Heavy Ammo Synthesis:

Refill heavy weapon ammunition.

Resupply Codes:

Increase glimmer gained from killing Cabal enemies.

Special Ammo Synthesis:

Refill special weapon ammunition.

You need to use light to boost a character's level past Level 20. Light will increase the damage inflicted by subclass abilities. To reach the following levels you must obtain the indicated amount of light. To progress past Level 24 Legendary tier armour is required.

When you have collected the listed number of gold chests in the indicated location you will get the corresponding reward.

Earth: Old Russia

1 Chest:

Forester 2.1 gauntlets (Titan).

2 Chests:

Baron RS/2a.

3 Chests:

No reward.

4 Chests:

Enigma Burn chest armour (Warlock).

5 Chests:

S-22 Nomad (Hunter), S-22 Cavalier (Titan), or S-22 Seeker (Warlock) speeder.

In total there are 62 Dead Ghosts and when you have collected 50 of them you will earn he 'Ghost Hunter' Achievement. Dead Ghosts are saved automatically when you collect them and they will increase your Grimoire score. Dead Ghosts can be collected at any time in Free Roam mode or during story missions. The final Dead Ghost which is found in he Tower can only be obtained during Iron Banner events which are hosted by Bungie every couple of weeks. Shooting a Goblin in the head will not kill it, it will only stun the Goblin briefly before it then charges towards you. To kill a Goblin you need to aim for the glowing white core in it's chest. This in not easy to do as Goblins will crouch to protect their weak spot with their heads.

Remain idle for approximately 45 seconds when your primary weapon's ammo reaches 0 to automatically refill it. You will also get some special and/or heavy weapon ammo.

So say you take your character into the raid on normal difficulty. Out of every chest you come to you will have a chance to get a weapon or armor item that ranges from 300 - 310 defense(Excluding the first two chests and the one from the wall pins jumping puzzle).

In the hard difficulty, you will have a chance of gettin 310 - 320 items. Heres where that gets confusing. The game uses something called "double drop generator". Before I continue I will say that it is a very good idea to do the raid on normal before doing it on hard.

If you skip to hard, or open the first two chests or the one at the wall pin puzzle, you will NOT get an exotic chance on hard difficulty. Also, the odds are against you in the other chests, as they drop 300 - ..
