When you have defeated Arcade mode using any character and earned at least 2,500,000,000 points that player will be able to fight Principal.
When you defeat Principal in Arcade mode he will become a playable option.
When you complete Arcade mode with any character with a score of at least 2,500,000,000 points you will be able to fight Principal, the hidden boss. Defeat him and he will be unlocked for play in ALL modes.
