Question for Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 4

I've completed all the missions in the game. I can't find all the gaps though. On the Kona level I can't find 'The Crusty Transfer'. On the London level I can't find 'Cheese Ledge', 'Gallery Gap', 'Admiralty' or 'Canada Bomb'. On the Zoo level I can't find 'Move Like A Monkey' or 'Over The Hills'. On the Carnival level I can't find 'Thrill Ride'. Can anyone help me please?
