How do you get those food things for the dragon you need to feed the dragon cause I killed all sand people plz help!

I think you have to get a herd of banthas or something to follow you over to the area where the dragon is. I think you have to find a thing to get them to follow you, you either get given it or you have to kill someone and steal it from them.
You need Bantha Fodder which you can find in a pile next to the two Bantha's within the Sand People's compound.
With the Bantha Fodder in your inventory you approach the Twelick and the proper dialoge box will present itself. The Twelick will tell you what to do with the Fodder.

The way to get the Krayt Dragon is to lure Bantha's to his cave, to do this you need Bantha fodder, considering you have killed all the sand people go find a merchant in the landing pad area and buy some from him. Then to the Banthas and press A they will start to follow you but the sand people elite warriors will attack and you have to dispose of them before you can continue to the Krayt Dragon cave and he will die when he comes out of the cave because of the mines placed around the cave, if you attack the Krayt Dragon while it is dead you will receive a Krayt Dragon pearl to put in your lightsaber.
