No, you cannot get Juhani after you kill her, but you can get her lightsaber, you have to convince her to return to the council for judgement from which later on she will join you.(Juhani is a jedi guardian)
It may take a few goes to convince her but you'll figure it out in the end, just keep the conversation pleasant and don't say your going to kill her.
On the case of the droid however(I beleive you are talking about HK-47) , you get him on tatooine from Yuka Laka's driod shop near the gate to the dune sea.

I do not think killing juhani is bad. If her sister is mad than they meet in heaven. And you kill jolee and juhani in the far end. So what is the point? Juhani gone good.

To answer your second question you can get HK on Tattoine in the droid shop he costs 5000 credits but you can bargain him for 4000 and them threaten to kill his owner and his owner will offer him for 2500 creds
