If you're talking about T3-M4 then once you win the swoop race someone tells you to meet Canderous he then tells you to tell Janice to let you buy T3-M4. If you're talking about HK-47 all you have to do is threaten the Ithorian shopkeeper on Tatooine.

Or to get HK-47 you can just pay the 5000 credits if you don't want darkside points
