Well frist off are you talking about the droid on Taris in the Sith base or the droid in the tomb on Koriban. If it's the one on Taris go at it with a virbroblade or ion weapons. If it's the one on Koriban you can either help it or destroy it. If you choose to destroy it just go all out with your saber and use force lightning on it if you're dark or destroy droid if you're light.
