It took me a while, too. She's in a red tunnel like the one in the movie. You have to 'kill' her (make her kneel down).

Go into the room where u have to disable the power thing, and look at the 2 doors go into the left one, and there should be another door outside it start going through it, and eventually u will come to a redish room with leia in it. KILL HER!!
