Question for Need for Speed Underground 2

In the loading screen one of the hits says that you can get cheaper parts at magnaglow shops. I looked everywhere but I can't find any. I already beat the game but I'm realy curious about this shop and the parts I can get there. Can someone help please!!!

You have to go to the performance shop in the alley, it aint much cheaper, but it will help in a jam.

Also, it is the only 1 that has all the upgrades
