Where can I get the stretch car?

You will find the Stretch Car in 'Vercetti Estate' at Starfish Island at the right hand side, but for this you have to achieve the mission Kent Paul and after killing Diaz the Diaz property will become Vercetti Estate. It's not necesarry that yo will find Stretch Car only, some times you will find Admiral car, so blast off the Admiral Car, get out of there and roam some where else, after you come back you'll get it. If not then continuously try the same method till you get it.
I have purchased two taxi mission nd studio also car shoroom ....and I can not find other mission tell me what is the other mission plzzzz....?????
