First you need a smg and rocket launcher

In metropolis the are like metal ropes holding up the bridge if you barely go up it jump backwards and then go in the water start shooting the smg and then look down if you do it right when you come back to life beat the level with the rocket launcher and do not use it or die and then the next level it will have 20 rockets in it
