Not much of a glitch or any thing like that but ok when you get the scarub gun go to the edge of the bridge that the gun is on and look down at were you kill the scarub but dont look all the way so look diagnaly.

Ok you will see that the water is lighter than normal head tords that and you will be able to go under it.
