I think I know how Srg. Johnson got off Halo in the original Halo. If you complete Halo on legendary there is a bonus bit in the clip. It shows Srg and a Elite fighting over a assault rifle. I think the Elite in that clip is the Arbiter. I thought of this before I got the game but After you get the index on that level and you see sarge later he says to the arbiter long time no see. If you watch the credits you see the moniter (oracle) floating through space. I think he used that teleport trick on them both.

I'm not 100% sure. I'm on the level were you are master chief and mercy has just got killed by the egg shaped flood thingy.

One more thing, Bungie have not yet decided if they want to bring out anouther Halo due to the fact Halo was so good it took them more than a year to get it better.

I played Halo again the other night, those covenant dropships look so funny.
