Hang From A Pole And Shoot At An Enemy

Added:

First, jump up to a horizontal pole (side to side) and climb across it until you get to a place in the middle. Then press Shoot (Black Button) and your character will automatically get in a stance where he is hanging from the pole and you can shoot at an enemy.
