Use any charecter with wings (mta knight pit charizard) and jump then on your next jump holdthe jump button you can glide on any of the jumps past the first one but if you glide on your last jump you can't move use any move until you land.

P.S meta knight already glides with up b/1 but you probably knew that anyway

P.S.S When you have meta knight use the glide for all charecters with wings he use you`re up b for last resort.
