Jigglypuff
After you beat the SSE go to the Swamp. After you face the giant and dark Diddy Kong, you will be in a place. When you get to the part where you have to defeat enemys before you move on, beat them and some cannons should appear. When you get in the 3rd one, aim for the door floating above a platform on the water. Go in the door and you see a movie of Jigglypuff. Beat him and Jigglypuff is your's to be! Hope I helped!
