After getting all 80 ipoints, can the flight record be reset? If so, how? Thanks

I don't know why on earth you would want to reset your flight record, but you could delete your Mii or just play another Mii and have a clean slate...
Your flight record only shows you what you discovered, how many info points you found in one flight and how many balloons you popped in one flight
