How do you get the sims people to sleep? Please help

Well, if you haven't built a bed yet, you can go into your inventory and choose the yoga mat and sleep on it. I believe it's under tools along with the toilet paper.

To make your character to sleep, you need to build a bed. When you finish certain tasks you will get the plans for a bed, a roof, and that should be enough. Remember to put it within reach of the firepit and home tiki, but if you put it to close your bed it will catch on fire and you or somebody you find will most likely faint.If you havent gotten the plan to build a bed, you should have a sleeping mat in your inventory.

If you haven't built a bed, you can just look under Tools and click the yoga mat. Hope this helped!

To sleep, you can either go you to "plans" and click "beds", then place the bed of your choice. If you do not have any beds unlocked yet, go to tools and click the Sleeping Mat. When you bring it out, you'll have two options; sleep on ground, or do yoga. If you want the Sim to sleep, click "sleep on ground." If you want the Sim to do yoga... I think you know what to do then.... *sigh* If you don't know, you click "Do Yoga".
