Do I need to do this as I can't do it. Been sat here for ages trying to match the tone and well just cant.

Please help so fustrated.

Think of the tones as a number is what I would do. The highest pitch I mark as one. The middle pitch I mark as two. The lowest pitch I mark three. It's also best to count the seconds in your head each pitch plays. For example, Pitch One plays for two seconds, then Pitch Three plays for half a second, and Pitch Two plays for six seconds. Just count all that into your head, then try to play the song. The example is not an actual song, and only to provide a demonstration of it.
