chest in south castle town

How do you get this chest? It's in a fountain thing, it is where the bug girl was when you first met her.

To get this chest, you'll need the Spinner from the Arbiter's Grounds in the Gerudo Desert.

Stand near the left pillar, use the Clawshot on the mesh above (need to aim high on the mesh, so that you pull yourself up), use the Spinner, and jump off near the middle of the track.

Nothing special in the chest, just an orange rupee. If you want another one, climb the left pillar again, transform into a wolf, cross the rope, transform back and slip off the side so that you are gripping the ledge, cross over to the other side, transform into a wolf, cross the rope, and there should be another chest on the right pillar.
