I just found out that the zoras were traped in ice and I don't know how to turn into a human again

Well you need to unfreeze them first. If you look down at the Zora's when they are trapped under the ice Midna will ask you if you want to transport something. So go back to Death Mountain and transport that huge lava rock that fell out of the sky. Now the whole domain will thaw out and you will be able to turn back into a human. Good luck!

Remember the huge hot meteor thing at Death Mountain? As Wolf Link, transport there and walk to the huge meteor thing. Click up on the controller pad and Midna will ask for transportation? Answer yes, and warp to the Zora's Domain. They will unfreeze, and you will have your prize.
