If by the game you mean Subspace emissiary just press in the menu before selecting the stage
If not, if by 2nd player you mean the whole game even random brawls you should probably re synchronize the wiimote to the wii again
Actually, in subspace missionary, you just press the + button.
In brawls, rather move their hand over the choices, or press A where it says none on the second picture at the bottom. If it says com, click it twice.
In any 2 player modes, just press a or +. If that doesnt work, try to synchronize the remote. If your using a Gamecube control, check if it's inserted in the right slot.
Well if you are talking about SSE mode then heres what you do,before picking the lvl player 2 has to press the + button.for regular brawls he should automatically be in
Keep in mind that GC controllers plugged into the Wii count before Wiimotes do. Ex.: turn on a Wii Remote as player 1, then try plugging in a GC controller. The Wiimote should now be player 2.
Plug it into the second slot or if you have a gamecube controller in there and you want a wii controller to work right there then take the game cube conroller out.
Just hit the + botton on any game mode (some do not have 2-players)
