Well I was midin my own makin my own story starrin Link and he was goin to different worlds and all fightin the evils and helping the heroes. Soon as I get to the Pokemon world and lose to squirtle who used a smashball, after beating Charizard and Ivysaur(stamina all 3 300 hp, lvl 9)my game started to freeze at the character select screen. All of a sudden my wii said it couldnt read the disc. I just turned the game off and came back later that night with a newly rented game and all of a sudden after watching the theme it stopped and said that it couldnt read the disc... After that I tried DBZ budokai tenkai 3, Zelda twilight and even brawl again but it wouldnt work.
I learned that brawl had a double disc feature which had somehting to do with alot of memory and some wiis coundnt handle it...
HAs this happened to anyone else?
Comment:(Mar 30 2008) weird, on nintendo.com the trouble shooting said that brawl had done this before so tat just made me wonder... well just be careful and dont power play too much haha

OK brawl is a dual layered disc some wiis have a problem with there reading capability so you have to send it to a nintendo repair company thats what I did and I could play brawl easily so go to support.nintendo.comand fill out the repair form

No, it hadn't happen to me. My therie is that the wii is prabobly dirty from the inside. Wierd!!!!

I think it was super smash bros. Maybe because you didn`t upgrade your wii when you first played it because the first time I played it asked me to upgrade it and I did but I really don`t know because I never had it happen to me.
