Um I'm stuck I can't seem to beat mimi and the fortune teller told me to go to some place and slip through sum crack in the wall...wat do I do?

If you can't beat Mimi, then you must be where she was impersonating Merlee and then showed her true form.
You need to go through certain rooms until you find a room with a cracked wall in the upper right level. Bomb there and head through the door. Keep going until you get to two doors leading to the mens and womens bathrooms, and go to the womens bathrooms. Keep opening the stalls until you find Merlee hiding in a tiolet (wierd huh?). Then just take it from there.
Personally, I can't remember that place well since I had such a hard time through it, so I can only tell you how I remembered how to get there. Look at a faq for this game if you still can't beat Mimi.
