I can't get the second star in good egg galaxy.how do you get it?

You have to go up the steps and talk to the luma it will become a star and you go in it.

Collect a lot of star bits (100 to be more specific)and when you get to a yoshi egg like planet, search for a hungry luma, and feed him with star bits, he'll turn into a planet. Follow the new route and at the planet with the star, jump to the star, or use the pull stars to get it. Hope this helps, and good luck, an adventure of cosmic proportions awaits you...
