How do I throw the valve handle over the wall to emelio in the cemetary?

Back up a little from the wall, and use the "B" button to toss it over the wall to Emilio. The place you need to throw it to him is off to the left of the gate, along the wall of the first walkway against the front wall. Emilio will be standing on the other side of the wall waiting.
I actually found a better solution. You need to get onto the crypt boxes (don't know what else to call them) right by the wall where Emilio is standing. If you go around behind them the ground is pushed up against them and you can jump on easily. Position your character right at the end corner facing Emilio and then toss it. Good Luck.
