Both old and new cemeteries can be found by going down the road that goes towards the top of the screen when your character is standing at the well in Town Square - you can see that the gate at the end of the road is open, unlike other roads that have a gate that needs to be open. Go through the open gate and follow the road around. You will encounter Zombie Skeletons and bomb throwing Pinatas on the road.
