In World 8-2, where it has all of the spinning wheel platforms, towards the end of the level, there's a suspicious looking wall... If you run to it you can actually go through it like some other hidden areas, and if you get to the finish, you will unlock World 8-7. Since this is not very descriptive, I might make a Youtube video for you and link it.
