For the Picture ... Where do I find the purple tiara that is on the left hand side by the brown teddy bear? I aslo need to find the red tiara that is sitting on the chair.

I don't know where they are by their description or their position in the picture. Try these locations:
1-On a tree limb in the theater stage area.
2-On the bust head in the foyer of the estate.
3-To the right outside the windmill.
4-On Malgrave's wife's bed in the quarters.
5-Pn a pipe as you enter ground zero.
