expert staff ghosts

expert staff ghosts
When I race a ghost and I win it says a new ghost has been added or something like that but it never says a expert staff ghost has appeared. Why?

No offense intended, but to get a staff ghost, you need to get a really good time to get a staff ghost. So keep trying!

You have to beat the ghost by a lot. You need to know each and every shortcut you have, and use your mushrooms wisely. Don't fall of at all either.

You must win the race by around 5 seconds to get the Expert Staff Ghost.

Well, it wont put your data down if the ghost has crossed the finish line as soon as you have.
You must have bet them by 4 seconds atleast.
If that won't work, then I've had the problem aswell, but if you go on the mario kart channel and challenge them there, then it should keep your data
