Hi I need help I'm trying to unlock funky,and baby luigi but I

To get expert Ghost data, simply race the Ghosts at high speeds and beat them. As of getting to Luigi and Funky, simply beat the adventure mode getting at least one star for each cup

Try to beat the normal ghost as quickly as possible, then a message will appear saying that a expert staff ghost has appeared, or something like that. Hope this helps!!
