In Off Target mission how do you plant the TNT on the building?

I am in the courtyard and German soldiers just keep coming out of an entrance on the far side of the courtyard. Where and how do you plant the TNT on the building???

When you pass a guy ontop of a window shooting thats the building,but walk by the building and kill some germans that keep coming out until someone says to plant TNT charges.

In other words, go to the courtyard and then retrace your steps to a
Closed gate, there you'll find the TNT.
