Call of Duty Reflex is basically Call of Duty 4 for the Wii. There is really nothing different about the game from COD 4 except there is no offline 4 player multiplayer. Everything else is still there.
This is just the Wii Version of Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare. No they are not both together, and it is not Modern Warfare 2.
This is the wii version of Modern warfare.it's basically a port of the original game with the only worthwhile addition being gangsta shooting.also worth mentioning it has no form of offlne multi-player,but you can play the campaign with a friend
