When "aircraft lock on required" comes up, it usually means you're trying to fire a weapon that is not locked on to an aircraft.. This weapon is most likely the STRELA-3, this happens because the weapon can ONLY be used to destroy aircraft.. When you have the STRELA-3 equipped, aim down the sights aiming at an enemy aircraft and you'll hear a sound.. That sound indicates lock on was successful, just press the fire button and watch
