Okay so I am having trouble with my mailbox! So I'll go to check my mail and I will read the letter and try to put it in my inventory bar... But it doesn't work/ I don't know how! The same thing happens even if I don't open the letter! Please help!

You must have 10 letters stored then. That must be why you can't put any letters in your main slots. Delete some of your letters that are in your mail slots. If that still doesn't work, just delete the letters while they're in your mailbox.
