My four year old son did a flip in the mountain board game. We have seen it twice now but can't figure out how to do it on purpose. HELP!

In order to flip, you need to put the left foot on the back blue, and the right on the center orange
While in the air, keep you right foot down, then with your left foot, step on the center blue and center orange at the same time.
