Pures

Ok 1st off I have completed the game with every charactor

Each reaching at least level 82

So you can trust me on this

Pures much like on runescape, base their stats on 1 specific ability

For a berserker or knight use strength

For druids use dexterity

For alchemists use intelligence

Your 1st time with a pure may be awkward

So you may need to add a few points to stamina (health)

But if you want 100+ on a stat fast

I suggest

You get about 5-15 lvl ups before you use the stats or ability points

This gives you a massive boost

And you can spend the points on much better things faster

You should enchant your armours to boost you're prefered skill

I have a lvl 24 knight who has 101 strength and over 160 strength all up

Pures become very rich very fast

It takes about 1-2 hours to get lvl 30 or so and ull have 100,000+

Try not to carry to much with you

Since it will continously send you back to aven, robbing you of precious training time

Use viles instead of bottles

Bottles are a waste of time because of their weight

A easy ( cheap) way to get a good pure

Is to do the supercheats way

Just get a few lvl ups

Save

Quit

Load

And restart

Once you hit about 5-7

Start going through all the catacombs

And save n restart

This will give you good ammounts of items and exp

The downside is...

The higher level you are

The harder enemies become

Not in difficulty

But as a level 1

Killing a spider takes 2 hits of around 12

At level 10+

It takes over 100 damage to kill

And you will also

Find an increasing number of un-usable or high level items

But non the less

Pures are awsome

And great for multiplayer

Especially mages, because they can heal your team greatly if they are pure

And melees will be a powerhouse for cover

Also

Even if your melee or mage based

Always carry a bow and arrows (or throwing items) with you

Because some enemies tend to run away

And you just can get a good hit on em

Tip for knights

If your going to use a pure knight

Just get lvl 1 flurry

Its all you need

I can hit 6 300s with it

I can do even more with my main knight who has 20 everything

But yeah

Thats about it

Peace... And WAR!!! !,,!, ,!,,!

Tips

This is my little guide to tips for brotherhood of the blade.

1.Save frequently. You'll never know whats around the next corner.

2.A good way to get great items is to get past the part where you invade western catacombs and get an item. Once you complete this (you have the item) SAVE(if you don't, this wont work), exit, and restart story. The loot gets better every time. This is a great way to get a nice little headstart in the beginning of the game.

3.for alchemists, do not attemp to petrify bosses with the "stone gaze" ability.it DOES NOT work. This has caused my downfall many a time.

4.If you forget what you need to do in a quest, press 'Select' and go to the icon of the book at the top right of the screen. This is the quest journal, and it will usually tell you which way you need to go.

5.if you can't decide what to choose for statting up when you level, here is a table.

/|Strength|\This is recommended for Knights and Berserkers, because it adds damage to melee, and as an extra it adds carrying space

/|Intelligence|\Druids and Alchemists are recommended for this one. It adds to your Power limit, so you wont run out of Power in those tight spaces when there is 4 enemies on you.

/|Dexterity|\This ones all you, knights and druids. Mostly because of the act that increasesdamage on ranged weapons and special abilities.

/|Stamina|\Go for it, alchemists and berserkers. You'll need all the health points you can get.

6.You can see how fast a weapon strikes by it's weight. Redemption, for example weighs 2.0 pounds, which is a very fast striking time, which is faster than Titan, which weighs 6.0 pounds, whichc is a moderate striking time. To find out weight, scoll over an item. You'll see either 1 or 2 hands in the middle, how much gold it sells for to the left, and finnaly, next to the scale, a number such as 7.0, which is the weight of the item.

And thats about it.This took about 15 minutes to write , heh. Some people who have been playing for a while will know most of this already but I'm sure if some people read this whole thing it'll help them.

Took an extra 5 minutes looking over for typo's. Not to mention proper english.

High Level Character

When you have created a character level him/her and then restart the story. When you restart you will still have ALL your equipment and be at the same level. By doing this you can get to level 20 before you leave Aven.

Extra experience

When you go into certain areas of the game you will come across rare monsters (monsters with a red glowing circle around around them).

So if you fight them and you are victorious you get extra experience but if you then go to another location and then go back to where you had just came from you will be able to fight them again as they will have reappeared giving you extra experience again.

This works best at the start of the game by defeating all of the praetox in the inn and then going outside up to the acadamy (BUT not going to far or you will not be able to do it) defetaing all of the praetox there and going back into the Inn where you can fight all of the praetox again.

Keep doing this over and over again as it gives you lots of experience and then once you get to a good rank i.e. Level 20 speak to overseer lyseeta and start the story off properly but as a pretty much undefeatable person comapred to all of the other creatures that you will come accross for most of the game,

I hope this helped as it did for me. PaulC

Saving

Ok you people know how it feels when you die and you lose all yor stuff and you get ...well mad

We'll heres my tip. Right when your character dies press start and exit to the main menu.then...save here, then load the saved games, and you'll start with everything you possessed before dying.

Hope this helped

Items duplicate

Ok when you and a friend are on wireless multiplayer both of you save you're games and one of you give the other the item you want to duplicate, now the one who receved the item save and the other who gave the item don't save, now quit the game and go back in to wireless multiplayer and the person who gave the items still has them and the one who saved there game also has them.
