In the mission Bum Encounter, this is how to beat the bums.
1. Blow up the stove.
2. Stand to the right of the stove and the bums will walk into the fire!
3. Don't hit them while they're on fire or you'll catch on fire.

3.on the controller, press the following buttons in order:R,L,control pad up,controle pad right,controle pad left,controle pad down,z(2x),A,Y,X,Y.
4.you should hear a confirmation sound.lIF NOT, do the entire series of buttons again until yuo finally hear the confirmation sound.After you have heard the sound, press the B button to back out and then START to unpause the game.
Go to a sneaking level and use stun attacks on all the people who see you. At the next level quit that level and go back to the sneaking level.

I just learned how to do something very cool you can slide across the hoods of the cars. First you run to the hood and then press y. You should slide across the hood if done right.
If you nneed to arrest someone who is doing either fighting or doing something on ground (not in car) then track em down hgo next to them slowly they wont even run away then wen you're really clos to them arrest them this cheat anly works sometimes. Thanks hope it helps.
first drive down to the beach (i forget where it is). next wait around for a metro bus. then once you get the bus go to the spot on the beach where the concrete ends and you can jump into the water. finally go until the bus starts to fall but make sure its still on the concrete and after a second or two you should do a huge jump and end up far away (may not work every time
When in presion targeting aim just under the lisence plate and I assure you the car will blow up this is called a tweaky spot
