First, you need the Rupee Regalia. In Hytopia, attack every single bush, pot, and blade of grass. This normally takes about 60 or so seconds. After this, enter any of the buildings and exit again. Every bush, pot, and blade of grass will respawn. Boom, infinite rupees. Happy spending!

At the Hytopia Courtyard dive into the water and swim to the south side. There you will find a secret message that you will be able to read your second attempt if you are wearing the TriSuit.
If you perform a Pegasus dash (L1/R1) at the walls or pillars when you are in the connection room to the Drablands a ball will drop from the ceiling. When you slash the ball it will pop into the air and you will earn bonus rupees if you can keep hitting it so it stays in the air. The amount of rupees you are awarded depends on the amount oof time you kept the ball in the air.
