This can be achieved during the summer by quitting the game (it will automatically save) and then re-entering it.

Complete 40 Survival matches in a row.
Power Gloves:
Get 1st place in the Canyon Pro.
Precision Ball:
Beat Sonny in Tour mode.
Precision Clubs:
Get 1st place in the Nanohana Cup.
Rain Pendant:
Complete Missions A: 1 through 10 in 'Mini games'.
Sand Charms:
Get 1st place in Wakakusa Leage.
Wake Up Ball:
Get 1st place in the Challenge Resort.
Wake-Up Ball:
Place 1st in the Challenge Resort.
Wilson Relax Shoes:
Get 1st place in the Ameteur Open.
