Press Circle + Square at the 'Character' selection screen.

Got up to him and press x as fast as you can and dont stop.

Watch Rumbleman's health drop. Also you need to have alot of endurance and power.

When you hit the oponent with a powerfull move you get a letter at the bottom ( r-u-m-b-l-e ) when it says rumble press L1 and R1 at the same time.

If you do this right you hear RUMBLE being shouted, when you have white hands press O and X then press all your buttons but not at the same time, ( eg press summat like oxoxoxoxtttt ) or somthing, or make your own up to do your own combo.
