Hold L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 at the 'Options' screen and then press X, Up, X, Up, Down and Square to unlock everthing in the game.
At the options screen, hold all the shoulder buttons and press X, up, X, up, down, square.
To be able to unlock and 'Extra 2 Option' at the main menu - First finish and save the game sucessfully on the hard setting.
To be able to unlock and 'Extra Option' at the main menu - First finish the game sucessfulyy and save the game on the NORMAL DIFFICULTY setting to unlock an 'Extra' option.
