Unlock B4U - Naoki:
Play 1 song in 'Game' mode
Unlock Toe Jam - Big Idea:
Play 2 songs in 'Game' mode
Unlock Danca De Yuca - Big Idea:
Play 3 songs in 'Game' mode
Unlock Higher - NM feat Sunny:
Play 6 songs in 'Game' mode
To get these second outfits you have to beat the dancer whose outfit you want to unlock in 'Mission' mode.
