Colin McRae Rally PlayStation Cheats and Tips

Enter the following passwords without the quotes as a name and then start a game in Rally or Time Trial mode to unlock the corresponding effect.

Unlock ALL Tracks:

Enter 'OPENROADS'.

Unlock ALL Cars:

Enter 'SHOEBOXES'.

Unlock Reversed Tracks:

Enter 'SKCART'.

Unlock ALL Tracks at Night:

Enter 'NIGHTRIDER'.

Unlock Four wheel Steering:

Enter 'TROLLEY'.

Unlock Rear wheel Steering:

Enter 'FORKLIFT'.

Unlock Fog Mode:

Enter 'PEASOUPER'.

Unlock Turbo Mode:

Enter 'MOREOOMPH'.

Unlock Micro Machine Mode:

Enter 'DIDDYCARS'.

Unlock Hovercraft Mode:

Enter 'HOVERCRAFT'.

Unlock Pursuit Mode:

During gameplay pause the game and press Triangle + Square + Circle 6 times. Then press L1, L2, R1, R2 6 times. If the code has been entered correctly Nicky Grist will say 'Alright lets kick it' as confirmation.

When going into a 4 or more corner (including hairpins and squares) get your car out sideways just before you reach the corner and back steer all the way round.

You should come out facing the way the road goes, this takes a bit to master for some people, but it saves time cause you stay on the road instead of finding your way back to it.

peasouper = fog tracks

shoeboxes = all cars

openroads = all tracks

nightrider = all tracks in night time

As your name type in Shoe box.

This means that you get all the bonus cars until you turn it off
