When you have completed the game the following features will become available options.
Unlock 'Extras' Menu:

Unlock New Game+ Mode:
Complete the game.
To display the 'Debug' menu dive into the Cosmosphere and then hold L2 and press Triangle. In 'Debug' mode you can use the options to change character levels, character parameters, set flag events, add money, and create completed saved game files.
