This difficulty setting will become available when you have successfully completed the game.

In Mogra, look for the red rade cabinet which is near kati and the twins. When you have found it walk up to it to play a Akiba Squad Striprism game. If you complete the three levels in the game you will be rewarded with Yomee's Cape accessory and a wallpaper.
