What are the Game Modes

Utopia Origins can either be played in a world room alongside thousands of other players or room mode where you will be joined by up to 50 players. You can play the game solo but it is advised that you team up with friends or other players so you can work together and kill the monsters and ogres you encounter.

There are two modes you can play. One is Peace mode where you play alongside thousands of other players exploring the world and building a house from the resources you find and the other is Chaos mode where you will find yourself continuously being threatened and challenged by other players. Regardless of which mode you decide to play you will not initially have many resources to craft yourself weapons or shelter but items will gradually start to become unlocked as your level inreases in the game.

After reaching level 20 you will have the option to switch between PvP and Peace mode. If you decide to select the PvP mode other players will be able to attack you. If you eliminate a player in Peace mode you will get punished and the game will grant you danger points which may lead you going to jail which comes in the form of you being placed in a restricted area.
