Introduction

I must firstly say that I think shadow the hedgehog wasn't incredible and sonic team could of done better. This game is based on the continuing story of shadow (who first apeared in sonic adventure 2 and it would be wise to get that game first) shadow who is still confused about his mysterious past gets visited by the alien (and ruler of the black arms) Black Doom he claims that shadow promised him the chaos emeralds shadow knows that this is his only chance to discover his past and then you choose Hero or tool of the black arms.

Graphics

The graphics are ok but not fabulous and it's really shiny and smooth but what I wonder is how are hedgehogs shiny? And hyper shadow in this game looks stupid if youve played sonic adventure 2 hyper shadow is just off white and the stripes are black but in this game the off white part glows yellow I was quite annoyed about that.(also just to let you know maria looks like a little girl in this game, in sonic adventure 2 she was agrown woman)

Sound

Sounds were fine explosions sounded realistic as well as gun shots and yells from gun soldiers but Black dooms voice is just trying to sound scary but it's not pulling off the right affect it's a stupid voice but I can't complain the rest of the sound is fine.

Gameplay

Good controls you don't need good reflexes but I find games more fun if you need to use your reflexes and skill the levels are fun but barely challenging I say that if your a long time sonic fan as I am you will find this a huge disapiontment your an just a guy who's lookin for just a normal game you might like it

Lastability

This was one of the shortest games I have ever played and I wouldnt be suprised if in a couple of months time when the world (and more inportantly sonic team) see's some sense
That it would be taken of the charts of nintendo and down to the bottom where it belongs.

Overall

Firstly I would like to say something very important A SONIC GAME WITH GUNS?!!! And that if youre thinking oh the reveiw says it isn't good i'll play on sonic heroes, sonic heroes is a terible game. But getting to the point it will be a severe disapointment for all you sonic fans out there.
