Introduction

GTA SA is the 3rd game to be released on the ps2 of the GTA series,and most of of were expecting one thing...more!Did it deliver in alot of ways it did and at the end of the day this could easily be ps2's best game,but like many good games it has it's share fo flaws.

You start the game with the main guy CJ(Carl Johnson) arriving in the airport and finally returning to his hometown after hearing the death of his mother.Once he returns he will try to get his gang back to the top,but during this quest of his he has to deal with some big time problems

Graphics

GTA SA is a nice game in many ways,but graphics will never be it.Although the outside scenery looks good at times you will never be that impressed.One thing I did notice is in the cut-scenes it looks like the characters hands are glued together,that doesn't impress you that much now does it?Overall the graphics are goo,but can be improved alot more

Sound

You would expect this games main radio stations to contain rap in it.Well it sure does,but it also has a wide variety of other types of music so you should find something you like.Although I prefer not to have the radio on at all.

The in-game sounds are entertaining to say the least.You will be able to respond to what other people say,you can either respond positivly or negativly it's your choice but if you keep answering a certain way he will continue to talk like that automatically since he has gotten used to responding like that.

Gameplay

The gameplay hasn't changed to much this years GTA,although they did make some additions.Like when you shoot somebody a green meter should pop up as you damage a person the color of that bar will eventually turn to a solid red color which means your enemy is dead.

Lastability

This game can easily keep you going for 100+ hours.The only thing you might hate is the new addition of stats.You can upgrade the person in many ways like:stamina,gun handling,muscle,fat etc.The only reason why it could get annoying is if you wok out you will have to be consistent with it or else your guy gets weaker and wekaer,the same thing with fat,if you don't eat for a while you will lose energy and won't be able to do certain activities.Other then that like I said this game has a long replay value,and side missions should easily add another 15 hours to this huge game

Overall

Well the as of December 11,2007,is selling for only 15 dollars.If you don't have the game by now I just have to say go and get it!this is a must have for the ps2 and you will andI can almost gaurentee you willl not be disspaointed.
